GEORGIA Kousoulou has admitted social media trolls who mocked her new nose and accused her of “ruining” her face, have driven her to tears.
The Towie star revealed she thinks people need to “get over” her decision to have the procedure done and their comments sometimes make her wonder if she likes “this life”.
After years of being unhappy with the way she looked, the 27-year-old took the plunge and had rhinoplasty in 2017.
Despite initially regretting having her nose surgery, she’s now happy with her looks but finds it difficult to cope with the abuse she suffers “every day”.
Speaking to MailOnline, Georgia confessed she struggles not to bite back to the criticism and comments made on her social media photos.
She said: “Catch me on a good day and I won’t reply. Sometimes if you catch me on a morning and I haven’t had my tea and I’m aggy I can switch though.
“I will reply to Sandra from Birmingham because I’m fuming and I know I probably shouldn’t reply but then I think why shouldn’t I reply? I always reply sassy.
“The worst is when they are mums themselves. I reply patronising saying ‘I hope your daughters don’t ever get trolled by anyone like you’.
“It’s like my mum trolling someone. It would never happen. That’s just weird. How embarrassing if you found out your mum was trolling people.”
Georgia – who is dating co-star Tommy Mallett – also revealed the abuse is sometimes so bad it makes her cry.
She added: “Sometimes I wonder if I like this life. Especially when you are happy and then someone tries to bring you down.
“I never used to get it but I got my nose done about a year ago and since then people can’t get over it.”The Essex beauty, who also had her breasts enlarged when she was 21, revealed she also gets filler in her lips but says that’s it.
She said: “I had my nose done 18 months ago and I have filler in my lips. That’s it. Get over it. I’ve always had big cheeks it annoys me that people are always claiming I’ve had fillers in my cheeks. Let me own them.
“It is catch 22 because you admit it because it is good to be honest but then everyone just constantly goes on about it. Every day I get abuse about it. Fuming. People say my job is so easy but it’s not because I have to put up with all their constant s***.”
